FAQ
What is Trial Structure?
Trial Structure is a repeatable system, a formula for success, that organizes evidence into a powerful trial presentation. After putting the evidence in your case into the Trial Structure, you will have an opening statement that will guide you throughout the trial step by step, so the jury can experience what the defense did to your client and find the true value of the case.
Can Trial Structure really work on all type of cases?
Yes. Ultimately all trials are about one company or person doing something bad to another company or person and hurting them physically, financially, or both. At a certain level, all trials are the same. Trial Structure just guides you through the process of getting your case to that level and helping you show the truth to the jury.
When did Trial Structure begin?
Trial Structure has been a lifetime project of founder Alejandro Blanco, who developed it through trial and error while searching for a repeatable system. Although the details have evolved, and continue to evolve, Trial Structure has been around in substantially the same form since 2012.
How long does it take to learn Trial Structure?
A basic understanding of Trial Structure is possible by attending one of our Trial Structure Workshops for 4 days or hiring a Trial Structure Instructor for an Advanced Private Trial Structuring program for 2-4 days. Many students then spend many hours on their own practicing and preparing for trial. Mastering Trial Structure is a journey that can change a lawyer's practice and his life.
Will Trial Structure help my Voir Dire?
Yes. The process of working a case with Trial Structure will identify the most important issues in the trial that the lawyer must voir dire on. And the Trial Structure presentation skills will enhance your voir dire into a comfortable process for both you and the jurors.
