Kyle Sherman is a graduate of Louisiana State University Law School. After graduation, he worked for famed criminal defense attorney Roy Black in Miami, Florida. For the last 15 years, Kyle Sherman has been concentrating on personal injury litigation in Lafayette and throughout Louisiana. Kyle Sherman handles small claims as well as large cases, with recoveries ranging from thousands of dollars to multi-million dollars. Kyle Sherman is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and all district courts in the State of Louisiana. Kyle Sherman is also admitted to practice in the Texas Supreme Court and all district courts in the State of Texas.

Kyle Sherman also graduated from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, studying jury trials under some of the most talented lawyers in the country including Gerry Spence who has been named one of the top 10 lawyers of the 21st century and is arguably the best trial lawyer ever. Kyle Sherman was elected the representative of his graduating class which included mass tort litigators, capital offense defenders and a two time National Trial Lawyer of the Year.Kyle Sherman is a former board member of the F Warriors, which is a group of Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer College Alumni who are committed to the jury system and to representing and obtaining justice for individuals. The F Warriors represent the poor, the injured, the forgotten, the voiceless, the defenseless and the damned, protecting the rights of such people from corporate and government oppression. Kyle Sherman has continued his training with the Gerry Spence group several times a year, traveling to Wyoming, California, Texas and Colorado.

Kyle Sherman is also an instructor for Trojan Horse,  a group that travels the country teaching lawyers to deliver their client’s story in a way that is memorable, compelling, and emotionally congruent.  The method is specific, detailed, efficient and challenges trial lawyers to push themselves to the limit by intense training that is critiqued and videotaped.  What is especially rewarding about his role as an instructor, as he teaches he is also critiqued, challenging Kyle to grow with every trial lawyer he trains.
